NJASECD is pleased to announce that Dr. Nathan Fisher, Pat Wright, Sulisnet Jimenez, and Doug Stech will be the keynote panelists for our 2024 Annual Conference. The panel will be moderated by Eileen Dachnowicz and member and former trustee of NJASECD. Dr Fisher is the Superintendent of Schools for the Roselle Public Schools and a trustee of NJASECD and has lead the SECD intiative in Roselle as a principal and now as superintendent. Pat Wright is a former superintendent, the Executive Director Emeritus of NJPSA, and a trustee of NJASECD. Her leadership in this work across New Jersey is well known. Sulisnet Jimenez is a principal in the Elizabeth Public Schools and has led several schools in Elizabeth to become state and national schools of character. Doug Stech is a school counselor at Woodmont School in Montville and a trustee of NJASECD. Doug has led the infusion of SECD into all aspects of school life at Woodmont, a school that has been named a state and national school of character multiple times. These experts and practitioners have much to share about their experiences and the impact of this work on their schools.
